About the role:

We believe our team are our most valuable asset and we are bringing together the best in the business.  The role will be challenging and busy, and you will be an integral part of the team.

We need you to help us:

  • Manage a medium sized portfolio (which will grow as we do).
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting, prepare budgets for presentations to clients, convene and conduct meetings including AGM’s.
  • Liaise and build relationships with the clients, colleagues and suppliers to be a trusted advisor in all things strata.
  • Proactively manage your building portfolio ensuring the service delivery & our mission is met in matters such as repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, insurance, business development and management support.
  • Support the Body Corporate in maintaining the value of their homes and assets, while creating happy, efficient and sustainable communities.
  • Build our Brand and reputation;

We need you to bring:

  • A high level of acumen in a varied role, reporting to a diverse portfolio or clients.
  • Your efficient administrative and organisation skills, paired with great communication both verbally and in writing with high accuracy.
  • The ability to manage a high-level of Client, internal & external Relationships.
  • Knowledge, experience or a willingness to learn about accounts, how to conduct & run meetings, and all aspects of the management of a diverse portfolio of Bodies Corporate & other multi-unit developments.
  • Initiative and the ability to work closely with the team and report to the Managing Director.
  • A smooth operator who takes ownership of day to day operations including maintenance, management, conflict resolution, litigation, legislation and liaising.
  • Top class presentation and attitude.
  • You may have experience, although what’s more important is that you’re sharp and comfortable dealing with complexity.
  • Confidence that you always act with the customer & our vision in mind and work on establishing effective relationships to gain trust and respect.
  • The ability to look at problems or conflicts as opportunities & find common ground to get cooperation & results.
  • Willingness to contribute to a progressive company & the ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task (initiative is a must)!

At times it may involve all of these at once, so you will need to be results driven with the ability to prioritise & a team player!
