An update from Hon Nikki Kaye disappointingly reports that Housing Minister Phil Twyford has rejected support for the draft Bill to reform the Unit Titles Act.

Rest assured this will not be the end of the initiative. As members of the Better Body Corporates working Group (pictured here), alongside Hon Nikki Kaye, we strongly believe as the Government push density and therefore multi-unit development the need for reform will continue to drive resolve to the core problems.
