Nikki Kaye, MP for Auckland Central has launched a campaign to canvas both owners and industry professionals about the need for review and reform of the potential issues associated with Bodies Corporate. Joanne Barreto was one of 16 Key Stakeholders Nikki invited to contribute to a paper she is drafting for submission to Parliament.
The main issues raised concern Governance, the Disclosure regime, Management, Maintenance & Long Term Maintenance regulations, Disputes and rule enforcement & Proxy farming. The paper has been embargoed and will be released shortly.
